WHAT IS A SCENTSY SYSTEM?

A Scentsy System refers to any of our fragrance delivery systems suck as the combination of Warmer + Wax Bar, Diffuser + Oil, Scentsy Go + Pod, or our On-the-Go products, Laundry & Clean, and Body lines.


HOW DO WARMERS & WAX BARS WORK?

Decorative ceramic warmers gently warm and slowly melt fragrant wax at a safe temperature using low-watt light bulbs. This system is a safe alternative to a traditional candle as there is no flame, smoke, or soot.


HOW MUCH WAX SHOULD I PUT IN MY WARMER? HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

The amount of wax you use is really a personal preference. The standard recommendation is 2-4 cubes. A deeper pool of wax will generally last longer. A whole Scentsy Bar should give you up to 80 hours of warming time.

Many factors will determine the lasting power of your wax cubes - such as frequency/length of use, air flow, humidity, and your personal sense of smell. Personally, I am very comfortable using about 2-3 cubes of wax per week in my warmers with daily, moderate use (about 4 hours/day).


HOW DO I DISPOSE OF MY WAX?

When the scent is gone from your cube or bar, you may dispose of your solid or melted wax in your normal lined receptacle. Melted wax that has not fully lost its scent may be poured back into the original bar package, or a silicone mold, for later use.

There are several methods for wax removal. My favorite is to soak up the melted wax with cotton balls or paper towels.


HOW DO I PURCHASE SCENTSY PRODUCTS?

The best was to buy Scentsy is through participating in a party - either hosting or attending. At a party, you will be able to see, touch, and smell the wonderful products Scentsy has to offer! You may also qualify for FREE or discounted products when you host or attend a party. But, if you know what you want - or partying isn't your thing, Scentsy products may be purchased through my Scentsy Independent Consultant Website at poppyscents.scentsy.us.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Orders placed directly through my Independent Scentsy Consultant Website must be paid for with credit or debit card. Direct orders (via parties, phone, email request, facebook, or other) may have additional payment options, such as cash, check (made out to Valerie Nosler), and invoicing. Payments are due at the time of ordering.


WHAT ABOUT TAX & SHIPPING?

Sales tax is collected on all orders and is determined by where your Scentsy product is shipped. If your order is being shipped directly to you, you will pay your local sales tax. If you will be receiving your order (hand delivered) from a Party Host or your Independent Consultant (me), you will pay their local sales tax.

My tax rate is currently 9% (Stockton, CA). Shipping for orders placed through a party, or with your Independent Scentsy Consultant may qualify for FREE or discounted shipping. Orders over $200.00 (excluding tax) will generally qualify for FREE shipping. Orders placed directly through my Scentsy Independent Consultant Website will be charged $8.00 for shipping on orders less than $80.00 (excluding tax), or 10% on orders $80.00-$200.00 (excluding tax). Orders usually ship within 3-10 business days. If ordering as part of a party, please expect 1-3 weeks for delivery after the party closes.


LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement.


30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer cash refunds.


SCENTSY GO AND SCENTSY DIFFUSERS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Scentsy Go and Scentsy Diffusers are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Go or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you within 30 days. After 30 days, Scentsy will replace Scentsy Go for a $18 processing fee and the Scentsy Diffuser for a $20 processing fee. Please contact Consultant Support for more information.
